Make the soy sauce
You heat a pan on the stove, then add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil, 1 tablespoon of garlic and sauté until fragrant.
When the garlic is golden and fragrant, add 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, and 1 tablespoon of white wine, stirring until boiling.
