Place a pan on the stove, set the heat to low to warm the pan. When the pan is hot and steaming, add 40g of black sesame and roast for about 15 minutes on low heat until the sesame is fragrant and starts to crackle, indicating it’s done. Transfer the sesame to a bowl.
Next, add 100g of almonds and roast for about 10 minutes on low heat until the almonds are dry and aromatic.

Blending almonds and sesame
Place a pot on the stove, set the heat to high, and bring 1 liter of water to a boil. After the water is boiling, turn off the heat to let it cool slightly, to about 60 degrees Celsius.
Add the black sesame, almonds, and warm water into a blender. Turn on the blender to mix the ingredients until smooth.

Straining the milk mixture
Strain the milk through a sieve to remove the residue, adding 150g of sugar and 1/2 a tube of vanilla powder to the milk and stir to dissolve.
Taste and adjust the sugar amount to reach your desired sweetness.
