Prepare and boil the ingredients
Shell the peas, take the seeds, rinse them clean and set aside; if fresh peas are unavailable, you can buy canned ones available in supermarkets.
Remove the heads and tails of the shrimp, rinse clean, and cut into pieces about 1cm each.
Boil the pea seeds briefly with water, salt, and sake. Wait for the water to boil, after 5 minutes turn off the heat, pour the peas into a colander to drain.
