How to Make Sáp Coconut Smoothie

  • Grate the sáp coconut

    After purchasing the sáp coconut, use a knife to hit hard to split the coconut into two equal parts. Then use a spoon to slowly scrape out all the coconut flesh and water inside into a bowl.

    Note: Although it is a sáp coconut, there is still water inside the coconut, so when splitting the coconut shell, you need to hit decisively and quickly split the coconut shell in half. Alternatively, use another tool to catch the water inside as it flows out.

  • Blend the smoothie

    Depending on the amount of coconut flesh obtained after grating, you can divide it into several blending sessions to make the smoothie thicker and smoother.

    For the sáp coconut, use a large, sharp knife to hit hard and split the coconut into two equal parts. Then use a spoon to slowly scoop out all the coconut meat and water into a bowl.

    Remove the stems from the strawberries, wash them clean, and let them drain.

    Roasted peanuts should be crushed into small pieces.

  • You should choose sap coconuts that feel light when held, do not choose the heavy ones as they usually have not had enough time to form sap, still contain a lot of water, and are not viscous, hence lacking in chewiness and taste.
