    After purchasing, wash the cassava and carrot thoroughly with water, peel them, and shred them into thin strips.

    Wash the sweet potato with water, shred it, and fry it until golden and crispy with just enough oil to prevent the sweet potato from absorbing too much oil.

    Fry the tofu until both sides are evenly golden. Then, cut it into thin slices to mix with the other ingredients in the next step.

    Place a pan on the stove without adding any oil, add all the cassava and carrot and stir well over high heat until the cassava releases all its moisture and starts to dry out, about 50 minutes, then reduce the heat and season.

    Add 1 tablespoon of vegetarian seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon of monosodium glutamate, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt into the pan, using a spatula to stir well until the mixture absorbs the seasoning completely, then turn off the heat and let it cool.

    You add about 300ml of filtered water, 4 tablespoons of sugar, 3 tablespoons of calamansi juice, 6 tablespoons of soy sauce into a bowl and stir well until the sugar dissolves.

    Then, you will add 1 tablespoon of minced chili in, stir again and the dipping sauce is complete.

  • Mix the ingredients

    Put the entire mixture of cassava, cooled carrots, fried sweet potatoes, and fried tofu into a bowl.

    Next, you will wear gloves and mix the entire mixture thoroughly. Then add about 200g of rice flour and continue to stir well so that the ingredients blend together.
