How to choose fresh veal

  • Good veal is pieces of meat that still have a bright red natural color, when pressed with your hand, the meat has a certain elasticity, and it is not cold.
  • You should choose pieces of veal with a thin skin, as those with thick skin are usually pieces of beef.

How to choose fresh ginger

  • Good ginger is those that are not too old and not too young, with a smooth, shiny surface, tight skin with few wrinkles, and when you smell it, it has the characteristic natural aroma of ginger.
  • You should choose whole ginger roots that are not broken, feel heavy in hand, and you can sense the firmness of the ginger root.
  • You should not buy ginger roots that have become mushy, have dry, withered skin, and strange black spots. These are spoiled ginger roots that can affect health and cause poisoning when eaten.
