Add 2 eggs and 100g of sugar into a bowl and use a whisk to beat until the sugar is dissolved, then add 60ml of fresh milk, 2 teaspoons of vanilla, and 100ml of cooking oil, and mix well to form a smooth mixture.
Use another bowl to mix 140g of flour and 4g of baking powder.
Gradually sift this mixture into the sugar and egg mixture above until the flour is evenly dissolved.
Continue to use the flat whisk to mix until you achieve a smooth and thick batter.
Preheat the machine for 5 minutes, brush a layer of cooking oil or butter to prevent sticking. Pour the batter into the cake mold to ensure the finished product is evenly fluffy and beautiful.
Cover and bake for 5 minutes; brush another layer of non-stick spray on the machine after each batch of cakes.
Tip:
The cakes are fluffy, soft, delicious, not deflated or cracked, and are best enjoyed right out of the oven. When you bite into it, you will feel the softness of the cake and the aroma of milk and eggs.
Tip: This cake recipe can also be used for triangular hotdog cakes using a toaster as well.
