  • Prepare and marinate the beef

    After buying the beef, slice it thinly, to a size suitable for eating, and then wash it thoroughly.

    After preparation, marinate the beef with 1/2 spoon of seasoning powder, 1/2 spoon of seasoning granules, and a little ground pepper, add 1 spoon of minced shallots and garlic, and mix the mixture well. Marinate the beef for about 10 to 15 minutes to let it absorb the flavors.

    Tip to reduce the smell of beef:

    • Roast 1 piece of ginger until cooked, scrape off the charred outer layer, then pound the ginger and rub it on the beef, leave it for about 3 minutes and then wash it with clean water.
    • Since beef does not have a strong odor, you can also rinse the meat briefly with clean water.
    • Avoid washing too thoroughly as it will remove the nutrients in the meat, making it less delicious.

  • Stir-fry the dish
