  • Preparing razor clams

    Soak the razor clams in rice water for 1 hour, then rinse several times with clean water to remove sand.

    • Soak the razor clams in rice water, adding a few slices of chili, and soak for about 30 minutes to let the clams expel all the sand from their mouths.
    • Soaking the clams in diluted salt water for 1 to 2 hours also helps clean the sand from inside the clams.
    • Blanch in boiling water to easily remove the clam meat from the shell and clean it.
