Make the cream filling
First, put 10g of cornstarch and 220ml of unsweetened fresh milk into a bowl and stir well until the mixture is combined.
Next, add the mixed fresh milk into a pot along with 40g of sugar, 20ml of whipping cream, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 10g of unsalted butter, 2 egg yolks, and a little salt.
Then, stir the milk mixture over low heat until it thickens, then turn off the heat. Wait for the filling to cool, put it into a piping bag, and chill in the refrigerator.

Making the cream filling
Put 3 egg yolks and 60g of sugar into a bowl, then use a whisk to mix until the eggs turn light yellow.
Place a pot on the stove, add 210ml of unsweetened fresh milk and 1/2 tablespoon of vanilla extract. Stir well over low heat until the milk is warm and steaming, then turn off the heat.
Next, gradually pour the milk into the bowl of eggs while stirring continuously. Then, add 25g of cornstarch and continue to stir until well combined.
Tip:- Do not boil the milk as it will cause the milk to deteriorate and lose its nutrients.
- It is advisable to pour the milk gradually into the egg bowl, do not add it all at once as this will cook the eggs and create lumps.
Next, strain the egg mixture through a sieve into the pot and stir evenly over low heat until the mixture thickens, then turn off the heat.
