How to cook crab soup with bottle gourd

Prepare the ingredients
Filter the mud crab juice you bought through a strainer once more to completely remove any crab fragments so that it doesn’t become gritty when cooked.
Wash the bottle gourd, peel it, cut it into 4 equal pieces, and then cut into small long pieces for easy eating.
Peel the garlic, chop it finely. Wash the green onions and chop them small.

Cook crab flower
Put a pot on the stove and add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, heat it up. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add the filtered crab water and cook for 10 – 15 minutes until the crab flower thickens and sticks together. Remember to stir gently to prevent the crab from sticking to the bottom of the pot.
