  • Prepare the pork

    To eliminate the unpleasant smell, wash the pork with diluted salt water, then rinse it again with clean water and let it drain.

    • Method 1: Blanch the pork in boiling water for about 3 minutes, then rinse it with cold water.
    • Method 2: Wash the pork with water and then soak it in rice wine for about 15 minutes, then take it out and rinse it again with water.

    Wash the green onions and chili with clean water, then chop them into small pieces.

    Then soak them in diluted salt water for about 5 minutes, rinse them with clean water, and let them drain.
