How to make Sting Jelly

  • Mix Sting and agar powder

    Pour the water from 4 bottles of Sting, 100gr of rock sugar, and 1 packet of agar powder into a pot, then stir well to combine the mixture.

    Tip: To prevent the agar powder from clumping, remember to add it slowly into the pot while stirring!

  • Cook the mixture, pour into the mold

    Place the Sting pot on the stove, stir continuously over medium heat, wait about 5 minutes for the mixture to boil, then skim off the foam and turn off the heat.

    Next, carefully pour the mixture slowly into the prepared mold.
