How to Cook Stir-fried Squid Jaws with Garlic Butter

  • Marinate the squid jaws

    Wash the squid jaws and let them drain, then place them in a bowl.

    Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of seasoning powder, 1 teaspoon of pepper, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of minced chili, and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic to the bowl, and mix well.

    Let marinate for 30 minutes.
