How to choose good ripe mangoes
- About color: Naturally ripe mangoes will have bright yellow skin, even color, and a glossy appearance. Sometimes there will be tiny black spots on the skin, but not too many, and it will not affect the quality of the mango.
- About aroma: Good ripe mangoes will have a very distinctive and attractive fragrance. If they have no fragrance or have a chemical smell, do not choose them.
- About size: You should choose mangoes that feel firm in your hand, slightly longer than your hand, with plenty of flesh.
- You should not choose those that are bruised with large dark spots, or have withered stems. If the mango looks too plump and eye-catching, it’s best not to choose it as it may have been treated with chemicals.

Preparing the ingredients
First, you take 2g of chia seeds and soak them in a bowl of clean water for 15 minutes to allow the seeds to swell evenly, then remove them.
While waiting for the chia seeds to swell, you wash the ripe mango, peel it, remove the pit inside, and cut the flesh into bite-sized cubes.

Making the creamy mixture
To have a fragrant and rich glass of mango with condensed milk, you need to prepare the creamy mixture as follows:
First, you add 15g of sugar and 15g of cream powder into a bowl and mix them well.
Next, you slowly pour in 10ml of boiling water into the bowl, stirring continuously to dissolve the sugar and cream powder in the water.
Finally, you add 100ml of yogurt to the mixture and continue stirring until the ingredients are well combined without any lumps.
