Add 125g of steamed sweet potato into the bowl and use a fork to mash it until smooth.
Add 40ml of fresh milk, 20g of sugar, 30g of honey, and 90g of glutinous rice flour into the bowl of sweet potato.
Use a mixing whisk to combine until the dough forms a smooth and elastic mass.
Divide the dough into several pieces and roll them into balls.
Next, use your hand to slightly flatten the dough balls and then use a toothpick to press on the surface to create stripes.
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes, then place the cookies in to bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
The cookies have a soft and fluffy outer layer, with a slightly chewy interior from the glutinous rice flour, and a sweet, nutty flavor of sweet potato, making them extremely easy to eat.
TasteVN wishes you success in making the sweet potato cookies that are not fatty deliciously!
