Prepare sweet potatoes
After buying the sweet potatoes, use a peeler to clean the outer skin, wash the sweet potatoes to remove all the sap, then cut them into bite-sized pieces. After cutting, place the sweet potatoes in a bowl of diluted salt water (mixing 600ml of water : 2 teaspoons of salt) and soak for 30 minutes to prevent the sweet potatoes from turning dark.
Then, simply rinse them clean with water and let them drain.
