Prepare the ingredients
Beef skin should be cleaned of hair and washed thoroughly with water. Then put the beef skin into a pot and boil.
The leaves should be washed clean and cut into small strips. Peel the garlic. Remove the stems from the chili.
Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice from one half.

Mixing beef skin
