Prepare pig ears and jellyfish
Wash the pig ears thoroughly. Rub a mixture of salt and lemon juice on the ears to disinfect and eliminate any foul smell.
Then soak the pig ears in diluted vinegar for about 10 minutes. After 10 minutes, take the pig ears out and let them drain.
How to properly prepare pig ears (pig ears) without a foul smell- Using vinegar, lemon, or salt: Use lemon or salt to rub or massage the pig ears with vinegar, then soak the pig ears similarly in a bowl containing lemon juice, diluted salt water, or vinegar for about 15 minutes.

Put a pot of water on the stove and add the cleaned pig ears along with 1/2 an onion, 1/2 tablespoon of seasoning powder, the juice of 1 lemon, and boil the pig ears over medium heat.
When the pig ears are cooked, remove them and immediately put them in a bowl of ice water and soak for 15 – 20 minutes. Next, take them out, drain, and slice thinly for eating.
Mix salt and alum into the water until completely dissolved. Soak the jellyfish you just bought through the mixture of water with salt and alum three times until the jellyfish turns light red or light yellow. Then, rinse thoroughly and drain.
