How to Choose Fresh Watermelon

How to make Tomato Watermelon Salad

Prepare the ingredients
Tomatoes cut into pieces about 2cm long.
Cucumbers peeled, seeded, and cut into pieces 2cm long.
Watermelon peeled and cut into 2.5cm pieces, discard the seeds.
Avocado peeled and cut into pieces 2cm long.
Basil leaves are separated from the stems.

Mixing Salad
Put tomatoes, cucumbers, watermelon, and avocado into a bowl and mix well with vinegar and salt.
Grind 2 teaspoons of coriander seeds into a fine powder, add it to the fruit mixture above and stir gently, then transfer to a container.
Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 3 tablespoons of vinegar, 2 teaspoons of salt, and 2 teaspoons of vinegar, mix well, then pour into a container, cover, and shake well.
