- Using rock sugar will give the jelly a light sweetness; if you don’t have it, regular white sugar can be used as a substitute.

How to make Goji Berry and Cinnamon Jelly

Prepare the ingredients
- Put 30g of goji berries into a bowl, wash with water to remove dust and discard any spoiled, wormy, or moldy berries.
- Put 15g of cinnamon flowers into a jar or large glass, pour in 250ml of boiling water, stir well, and steep for about 10 minutes to extract the tea.

Cook the jelly
- Place a large pot on the stove, add 1 liter of cold water, add 30g of gelatin, 300g of rock sugar, turn on the stove to medium heat, and stir continuously until the gelatin and rock sugar dissolve.
- When the water in the pot is hot and starts to steam, add the prepared goji berries.
- Next, pour the brewed cinnamon tea into the pot (both the water and the tea leaves), and stir well.

Molding
- Heat the mixture over medium heat until it boils, then turn off the stove.
- Slowly pour the mixture into the mold, wait about 20 minutes to cool down a bit before putting it in the refrigerator to let the jelly set completely (about 2 hours).
You can utilize household items to make molds for the jelly, such as plastic or glass bowls in square or rectangular shapes, then cut the jelly into small pieces once it has set, or glass cups, bowls, etc. -
