- Gelatin can be purchased at stores selling baking ingredients nationwide. Gelatin will help the jelly not to leak water and sweat like using agar jelly. However, if you are vegetarian or cannot find gelatin, you can substitute with agar jelly (Agar or Jelly).
- Cinnamon flowers and goji berries can be easily found at traditional medicine shops, some large ingredient stores, or on e-commerce websites. These are ingredients with high nutritional value and are good for the body.
- Using rock sugar will give the jelly a sweet taste; if you don’t have it, you can temporarily use regular white sugar.

How to Make Goji Berry Cinnamon Jelly

Prepare the Ingredients
- Put 30g of goji berries in a bowl, rinse with water to remove dust and discard any spoiled or rotten berries.
- Add 15g of cinnamon flowers to a jar or large cup, pour in 250ml of boiling water, stir well, and let it steep for about 10 minutes to extract the tea.

Cook the Jelly
- Place a large pot on the stove, add 1 liter of cold water, 30g of gelatin, and 300g of rock sugar, turn on the heat to medium, and stir continuously until the gelatin and rock sugar dissolve.
- When the water in the pot is hot and starting to steam, add the prepared goji berries.
- Next, pour the brewed cinnamon tea (both the water and tea leaves) into the pot, and stir well.

Pour into molds
- Heat the mixture over medium heat until it boils, then turn off the stove.
- Slowly pour the mixture into the molds, wait about 20 minutes to cool down a bit, then place it in the refrigerator to wait for the jelly to set completely (about 2 hours).
You can utilize household items to make molds for the jelly, such as plastic or glass bowls in square or rectangular shapes, then cut the jelly into small pieces once it has set, or use glass cups, bowls, etc. -
