Ingredients for Goji Berry Jelly Serves 2 – 3 people

Goji berries 30 g Cinnamon flower 15 g Gelatin powder 30 g Rock sugar 300 g

Information about the ingredients

  • Gelatin can be purchased at stores selling baking ingredients nationwide. Gelatin will help the jelly not to leak water and sweat like using agar jelly. However, if you are vegetarian or cannot find gelatin, you can substitute with agar jelly (Agar or Jelly).
  • Cinnamon flowers and goji berries can be easily found at traditional medicine shops, some large ingredient stores, or on e-commerce websites. These are ingredients with high nutritional value and are good for the body.
  • Using rock sugar will give the jelly a sweet taste; if you don’t have it, you can temporarily use regular white sugar.
