    • Method 2: Use lemon juice or vinegar to rub evenly over the fish for about 5 – 10 minutes, then rinse clean and let it drain.
    • Method 3: Dilute a little vinegar and add some pepper, soak the fish in this mixture for about 10 minutes, then rinse under clean running water.

    Chives should have their roots cleaned, washed with water, and then cut into pieces about the length of a finger using a knife.
