  • Prepare the ingredients

    After purchasing the ginkgo biloba, use a stainless steel spoon to crack the shell, remove the seed, then quickly boil it in a pot for 3 minutes from the time the water starts to boil.

    Remove the ginkgo biloba and immediately soak it in a bowl of cold water, using a sharp knife to gently separate the ginkgo biloba to remove the seed.

    The remaining ingredients include red dates, snow fungus, dried longan, and pandan leaves, which you should wash separately with clean water and let them drain. Tie the pandan leaves into a bundle for convenience.

    Next, add the red dates, snow fungus, and rock sugar into the pot, stirring well. When the water boils again, add the dried longan and stir well.

    Continue to boil on low heat until the ingredients are soft enough to eat, then turn off the heat.
