Corn 5 ears (corn)
How to Choose Delicious Corn
- Fresh and delicious corn usually has bright green outer husks, looks fresh, not too dried out, and especially tightly wrapped around the corn.
- You should choose corn with soft and smooth silk, no blackened husks, and the kernels are evenly spaced, plump, and shiny.
- Avoid buying corn with overly wilted silk, kernels that are not aligned, especially if you press lightly and find it too soft and mushy, as this indicates spoiled corn.

Boiling corn with an electric pressure cooker
Next, take the pressure cooker and add 5 ears of corn that have been prepared and 700ml of water until it just covers the surface of the corn.
Then, close the lid and switch to the “Rice Cooking” mode, select the “Well Done” cooking level, and press the “Start” button, and the cooker will begin cooking on its own.
Once cooking is complete, to avoid burns, keep a safe distance, and use a chopstick to press the pressure release valve to release all the steam from the cooker. At this point, let the corn sit in the cooker for about 15 minutes before opening the lid!
Finally, scoop the corn into a bowl and enjoy!
