Ingredients for Keto Bread made in an air fryer For 2 – 3 people
Coconut flour 75 gr Almond flour 55 gr Chicken eggs 7 eggs Unsalted butter 60 g Vanilla 1 teaspoon (liquid form) Baking soda 1 teaspoon Cream Cheese 60 ml Baking powder 1 teaspoon Cinnamon powder 1 teaspoon (optional)
How to make keto bread using an air fryer
-
Blend all the bread ingredients
Heat the butter and cream cheese using a microwave or a double boiler.
Add the melted butter and cream cheese mixture, 5 eggs, 75g coconut flour, 55g almond flour, 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon baking soda, and 1 teaspoon baking powder into the blender.
Finally, add 2 more eggs into the blender.
Blend the mixture until well combined.
Tip:
You can use chopsticks or a flat whisk to gently stir the batter to avoid overloading the blender. You should mix for about 1 minute, then let the blender rest for about 1 – 2 minutes before continuing to blend, to prevent it from burning out.
-
Pour into the mold
Line the mold with parchment paper or spread a layer of butter to prevent sticking. Pour the batter into the mold, spreading it out evenly for a flat surface.
-
Bake the bread
Place the tray of batter into the air fryer at a temperature of 120 degrees for about 45 minutes until the bread is fully cooked.
-
Final Product
Keto bread made in an air fryer is simple yet truly delicious with the aroma of coconut and almonds, which is also good for health. Let’s enjoy this delicious bread right away!
Tips for successful execution:
- Baking time will vary depending on the size of the mold. The larger and taller the mold, the longer the baking time. If baking in a cupcake or muffin mold, it typically takes about 20 – 25 minutes.
- If you have leftover bread, you can cut it into small pieces, wrap it tightly, and store it in an airtight container or ziplock bag for 1 week. In the freezer, it can be preserved for 1 month. When you want to eat it, thaw it in the refrigerator and then microwave it for a little while to warm it up; the bread will be delicious and not dry or hard.
