How to make keto bread using an air fryer

  • Blend all the bread ingredients

    Heat the butter and cream cheese using a microwave or a double boiler.

    Add the melted butter and cream cheese mixture, 5 eggs, 75g coconut flour, 55g almond flour, 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon baking soda, and 1 teaspoon baking powder into the blender.

    Finally, add 2 more eggs into the blender.

    Blend the mixture until well combined.

    Tip:

    You can use chopsticks or a flat whisk to gently stir the batter to avoid overloading the blender. You should mix for about 1 minute, then let the blender rest for about 1 – 2 minutes before continuing to blend, to prevent it from burning out.

  • Pour into the mold

    Line the mold with parchment paper or spread a layer of butter to prevent sticking. Pour the batter into the mold, spreading it out evenly for a flat surface.

    Place the tray of batter into the air fryer at a temperature of 120 degrees for about 45 minutes until the bread is fully cooked.

  • If you have leftover bread, you can cut it into small pieces, wrap it tightly, and store it in an airtight container or ziplock bag for 1 week. In the freezer, it can be preserved for 1 month. When you want to eat it, thaw it in the refrigerator and then microwave it for a little while to warm it up; the bread will be delicious and not dry or hard.
