Pour into a small shaker the ingredients: 22.5ml lemon juice, 15ml sugar syrup, 7.5ml Grenadine syrup for color and flavor, and 60ml Gin.
Tip: Sugar syrup is made from water and sugar; you can mix it in the ratio of 70ml water to 100g sugar for moderate sweetness.
Next, fill a large shaker with ice, pour the entire mixture of ingredients into the large shaker, use the small shaker as a lid and seal it tightly, hold the shaker and lid firmly, then shake for 10 seconds.
After shaking, open the shaker and strain the mixture through the lid, then remove the ice from the shaker.
Finally, add 1 egg white into the shaker, pour the cocktail mixture through the lid.
Seal the shaker tightly and shake again (without ice) for 15 seconds.
Tip: You can separate the egg white outside before adding it to the shaker to avoid getting the yolk stuck. -
