  • Prepare the ingredients

    After buying the jellyfish, you wash it with clean water mixed with a little diluted salt. Then, you continue to blanch the jellyfish in boiling water for about 3 minutes, then take it out and soak it in bowl of cold water to keep the jellyfish crunchy. Next, you drain the jellyfish in a colander.

    For the banana flower, you slice it thinly, soak it in water mixed with a little salt and vinegar for 5 minutes so that the banana flower releases all its sap and does not turn brown. After that, you rinse it with clean water and drain it in a colander.
