Cane sugar 500 ml Filtered water 5 liters American corn 2 ears Carrot 1 piece White cabbage 1 piece Straw mushrooms 100 gr Shiitake mushrooms 6 pieces Cilantro 6 pieces Pink salt 1/2 teaspoon Accompanying vegetables A little (napa cabbage/straw mushrooms/your choice)

How to Prepare Vegetarian Cane Sugar Hotpot

  • Prepare the ingredients

    After purchasing, peel and wash the carrot and radish, then cut them into bite-sized pieces.

    For the mushrooms, after buying them, use a knife to cut off the muddy stems and then wash them clean with water, and cut them in half lengthwise into bite-sized pieces.

    Peel the corn, wash it, and cut it into bite-sized pieces.
