How to Make Fried Kimchi Cake

  • Prepare the ingredients

    Cut the napa cabbage kimchi into bite-sized pieces. Dice the onion and chop the green onion.

    Use a sieve to sift the flour finely. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them.

  • Mix the pancake batter

    Put the flour in a bowl, then use your hands to create a well in the center of the flour. Slowly add the beaten eggs and mix well to combine the flour and eggs.
