How to Make Rose Chocolate Truffles

  • Melt chocolate and fresh cream

    First, place a pan on the stove, add 43ml of whipping cream, and stir over low or medium heat until it gently simmers, then turn off the heat.

    Next, break 250gr of white chocolate into small pieces and add it to the pan, mixing until the chocolate is melted and smooth.

  • Mix the rose chocolate mixture

    Add to a bowl of chocolate mixture, 2 drops of pink food coloring, 4 drops of rose essence, and 10 small pieces of dried rose petals, then mix well.

    Next, place the rose chocolate bowl in the fridge refrigerator for 1 – 2 hours until it hardens.

  • Shaping the chocolate

    Next, use a spoon to divide the chocolate into several portions and then roll them into balls. After that, place the chocolate in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.

    Finally, you melt the remaining 50g of white chocolate, then dip each rose chocolate ball into the white chocolate, letting it sit until this layer of chocolate hardens to finish.
