How to make Refreshing drink

  • Prepare the ingredients

    First, wash the ingredients such as sugarcane, wormwood root, pandan leaves, lẻ bạn leaves, and medicinal plant.

    Cut the sugarcane into sections, crush it or chop it small, and crush the wormwood root as well. Cut the pandan leaves into pieces or you can tie them together for easier cooking.

  • Cooking the cool broth

    Place the pot on the stove, add all the prepared ingredients and 1.5 liters of water, and cook on high heat for about 20 minutes.

    Wash 40g of dried seaweed and soak it in water for about 15 minutes. After the seaweed has expanded, wash it thoroughly to remove any remaining sand.
