  • Prepare the Ribs

    Next, add 1 liter of water to a pot along with 1 teaspoon of salt and squeeze the juice of 1 lemon into the pot, bring the water to a boil, then add the ribs and blanch for about 3 minutes before removing the ribs to a bowl to drain.

    • Method 1: Rub the ribs with salt for about 2 – 3 minutes and rinse with water to remove any fishy odor.
    • Method 2: Using vinegar or alcohol to wash can also eliminate the smell of the ribs.
    • Method 3: You can also neutralize the smell of the ribs by blanching them in boiling water with a few smashed slices of ginger, then rinse with clean water.
