Chrysanthemum greens 400 gr (tần ô) Garlic 1 bulb Cooking oil 2 tablespoons Oyster sauce 1/2 teaspoon Fish sauce 1/3 teaspoon Seasoning powder 1 teaspoon Common spices a little (seasoning granules/ monosodium glutamate/ salt)

How to make Stir-fried chrysanthemum greens with garlic

  • Prepare the ingredients

    Chrysanthemum greens bought should have the roots cut off, remove any damaged or bruised leaves, and only select the tender stems.

    Then, wash and soak them in diluted salt water for about 5 minutes, then rinse with clean water and let drain.

    Peel the garlic and crush it.

  • Stir-fry mustard greens

    Heat a pan on the stove, add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil into the pan. Wait for the oil to heat up, then add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

    Next, add the mustard greens and stir-fry for 1 – 2 minutes. Then, season the pan with 1 teaspoon of seasoning powder, 1/2 teaspoon of oyster sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of seasoning granules, 1/3 teaspoon of fish sauce, and 1/3 teaspoon of monosodium glutamate, and continue stir-frying for another 2 – 3 minutes.

    Finally, adjust the seasoning to taste, turn off the heat, and serve everything on a plate.

    Tip: To keep the vegetables crispy and maintain their beautiful green color, you should use high heat while stir-frying.
