Mix the dry and wet ingredients
First, put 240g of instant oats, 180g of all-purpose flour, 95g of vanilla pudding powder (or milk powder), 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and 1 teaspoon of salt into a large bowl and mix well.
In another bowl, add 227g of unsalted butter, 100g of white sugar, and 100g of brown sugar, mixing until well combined.
Next, add 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 117g of chopped walnuts, and 160g of raisins to the second bowl, mixing well once more.
