Guava 200 gr Carrot 100 gr Dried tofu skin 0.5 sheets Roasted peanuts 50 gr Vietnamese cilantro 2 stalks Green onions 1 stalk Cooking oil 45 ml Sugar 1 tablespoon Vegetarian fish sauce 2 tablespoons Vinegar 1 tablespoon

How to choose guava for a delicious salad

  • You should choose guava with bright skin, plump and slightly bumpy texture; these guavas will be crispy and have a very sweet taste.
  • Choose red-fleshed guava for a beautiful color. You must select green, firm fruits; the salad will be crispy and delicious, do not choose soft, ripe fruits.

  • Prepare Ingredients

    Wash the guava, keep the skin, and grate it to get the flesh, discarding the seeds.

    Clean the carrot and grate it. Clean the water celery and cut it into small pieces. Crush the peanuts.

    Soak the dried tofu skin in water until soft, then drain. Heat a pan on the stove, add about 30ml of cooking oil, turn on the medium heat, heat the oil, then add the tofu skin and fry until golden and crispy.
