  • Prepare the ingredients

    Fresh shrimp should be cleaned to remove the fishy smell; wash thoroughly, cut off the head and tail, peel and remove the black vein on the back, then soak the shrimp in diluted salt water for about 2 minutes, and rinse again with clean water.
