  • Prepare buffalo meat

    After purchasing the buffalo meat, wash it with water, then rub the meat with a little salt or 1 tablespoon of wine for about 2 – 3 minutes and then wash it again thoroughly.

    Place about 1 liter of water in a stove and bring it to a boil over high heat. Add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1/2 crushed ginger.

    Once the water boils, add the prepared meat and briefly boil it for 3 – 5 minutes, then remove it and rinse the meat with water until it is clean, then let it drain.

    Wash the chili clean and let it drain. Pound 3 chilies into a paste, and slice 2 chilies.

How to Cook Braised Buffalo Meat with Pepper

  • Prepare and Marinate Buffalo Meat

    Wash the buffalo meat with diluted salt water, then drain. After that, cut it into bite-sized pieces.

    Pound the peppercorns. Marinate the buffalo meat with 1/3 teaspoon of salt, 1/3 teaspoon of monosodium glutamate, 1/3 teaspoon of seasoning powder, 1/2 tablespoon of sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of pounded pepper, 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, and 1 tablespoon of coloring sauce.

    Mix well and let it marinate for about 15 minutes for the buffalo meat to absorb the seasoning.
