How to cook Long Fish Braised with Pepper

  • Prepare the long fish

    To remove the fishy smell and sliminess of the long fish, rub the fish with a little salt and then rinse it thoroughly with water, then take it out to a basket to drain.

    After that, marinate the fish with 2 tablespoons of fish sauce and 1 teaspoon of sugar for 15 minutes.
