How to Choose Fresh and Delicious Chives

  • You should choose chives that are bright green, with crisp and firm leaves, not wilted, and the stems should be tender.
  • Additionally, when buying, you should try snapping a stalk of chives with your hand to check. If it snaps easily and is crisp, it is fresh and newly harvested; on the contrary, if the stalk is tough and hard to snap, it is old and you should not buy it!

  • Frying Mì căn

    Add 5 tablespoons of cooking oil to the pan, when the oil is hot, add 5 pieces of mì căn and fry over medium heat. Turn the mì căn every 2 minutes to ensure it cooks evenly and becomes golden and crispy.

    Add 1 teaspoon of fish sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 2 teaspoons of fish sauce, 1/3 teaspoon of monosodium glutamate, and 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder into a bowl along with 1 tablespoon of water and stir until the mixture is well combined.

How to cook Stir-fried rice noodles with turmeric

  • Pound the spices

    You peel the turmeric, wash it clean, and let it dry.
