How to Make Cooked Apricot Juice

  • Prepare the apricot

Wash the apricots briefly to remove the powdery layer on the skin, then soak them in salt for 7 – 10 minutes.

  • Cook the apricots with sugar

Pour water into the pot so that it just covers the apricots, then place the pot on the heat.

Next, add 200 grams of granulated sugar and 2 sprigs of mint leaves into the pot with the apricots.

Cook the apricots over medium heat until the water in the pot boils and slightly reduces, and the apricot flesh is very soft, then turn off the heat. You can taste it to see if it’s to your liking and add more sugar if you want it sweeter.
