How to cook Dried Snakehead Fish with Tamarind Sauce

  • Prepare the ingredients

    Dried snakehead fish cut into bite-sized pieces and set aside on a plate.

    Put the sour tamarind in a bowl along with 100ml of warm water and use a spoon to mash the tamarind. Then, strain the tamarind and only keep the juice, discarding the pulp.

    Shallots and garlic peeled, washed, and then mashed finely. Chili washed and sliced.

    Cucumber washed with water, then peeled and sliced.

    Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil to a pan and place it on the stove, heating it up.

  • Prepare the ingredients

    Dried snakehead fish cut into small bite-sized pieces.
