  • Preparing the roses

    Pick the petals from the red roses. Wash the petals in warm water and then drain them.

    Crack 6 eggs into a bowl, use a pair of chopsticks to lightly beat them, no need to beat too hard if you want to have some small white streaks in the egg mixture (these streaks are the egg whites).

    Add the rose petals to the eggs, leaving a few petals for decoration, and use chopsticks to mix well, adding 1/4 teaspoon of pepper.

  • Rose-shaped Fried Egg

    You place a pan on the stove over medium heat and wait for the pan to get hot, add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil, then pour the egg mixture into the pan and fry on low heat. When the eggs set, use a spatula to flip the eggs and fry the other side for an additional 2 minutes, then turn off the heat, serve on a plate, and sprinkle a few rose petals on top.

    Sift the flour through a sieve for smoothness, crack 2 eggs into another bowl, whisk the eggs well, then gradually pour the eggs into the flour mixture while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.

    Cut the rose to take the petals. Wash the petals in warm water and then drain.

    You place a pan on the stove, turn on medium heat, wait for the pan to heat up, add 1 cup of cooking oil, then add each piece of rose to fry until golden brown on both sides, then remove and let it drain, serve on a plate and sprinkle a few rose petals on top.
