  • Chop the green onions

    Cut the roots off the green onions, wash them clean, drain, and then chop finely with a knife.

  • Whisking Eggs

    Crack the eggs into a bowl, then use a clean plastic bottle to suck the yolks into a different bowl.

    Next, add 1/2 spoon of fish sauce into the bowl with the egg whites and whisk well to combine the fish sauce with the egg whites.

    For the egg yolks, add chopped green onions to the bowl and season with 1/2 tablespoon of fish sauce, then whisk well.

  • Fried and rolled eggs

    Place a pan on the stove and heat it, then add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil to the pan, tilting it gently to coat the pan with oil, and then add the egg yolks to fry on low heat.
