  • Prepare the ingredients

    Buy King Crab and rinse it briefly with water, remove the apron and gills, then use a small brush to clean every nook and cranny on the crab’s body. After that, rinse thoroughly, let it drain, and chop it into small pieces suitable for eating.

  • Prepare the King Crab

    After purchasing the king crab, rinse it briefly with water. Next, turn the crab’s belly flap up, use the tip of a scissors or the tip of a knife to poke into the hollow under the flap until the crab dies.

    Then, use a brush to clean all the nooks and crannies inside the crab and rinse it again with water, then let it drain.
