  • Prepare the ingredients

    After peeling and removing the dirty parts, wash them clean with water, core, chop, and mince the pineapple. Similarly, mince the lemongrass and chili.

    Tip: If you want to make a thinner vegetarian fish sauce, use a blender to puree the pineapple.

    You put 2 tablespoons of fermented tofu and 5 tablespoons of soy sauce in a grinder, press the button to grind until smooth.

    First, heat a pan with 2 tablespoons of cooking oil to sauté the minced lemongrass until fragrant.
