How to Choose Fresh and Delicious Mangoes

  • Choose ripe, golden fruits with smooth and shiny skin, the stem end of the mango slightly indented, and the mango has a natural fragrance.
  • To buy good ripe mangoes, you should gently press the mango when purchasing. If you feel the firmness of the mango flesh without it being soft or bruised, you should buy it.
  • Avoid choosing bruised mangoes, those with dark spots, or those that look extremely appealing, as they may have been treated with chemicals or artificially ripened, which can be unappetizing and harmful to health.
