Wash the olives and let them drain, then place them in a mortar to pound or put them in a plastic bag and crush them to make the eyes of the ghost.

Prepare the ingredients
Roll out the dough and divide it into 6 equal parts, depending on your skull mold, you can shape it into rectangles or circles.
Grate the Parmesan cheese, and cut the Mozzarella cheese into strips.
Slice the smoked sausage into thin pieces about 0.5 cm thick.
Marinate the minced pork with a little ground pepper and 5g of salt, mix well and let it sit for 5 minutes to absorb the flavor, then stir-fry briefly.

Gently press the dough into the skull mold with your hands, for each pizza, add 10g of Mozzarella cheese, 10g of tomato sauce, 10g of Parmesan cheese, and add the smoked sausage and minced meat to your liking.
