  • Prepare the ingredients

    Wash the lemongrass and then cut it into strips about the length of a finger or slice it into rounds depending on your preference.

  • Prepare the Ingredients

    After buying the tofu, cut it into bite-sized pieces, then marinate with 1/2 teaspoon of salt. Marinate for about 15 – 20 minutes.
