How to Cook Salted Fried Crab Claws with Chili

  • Prepare the Ingredients

    Peel the garlic, wash the chili, then finely chop both ingredients.

    Clean the crab claws, boil for 20 minutes with 10gr of ginger and 10ml of white wine to eliminate the fishy smell. You can peel the crab claws before or after frying.

    First, mix 20g of salt, 10g of sugar, 10g of seasoning powder, and 50ml of water together.

    Add 20ml of cooking oil to the pan, when the oil is hot, add garlic and chili and sauté until fragrant. When the garlic and chili turn yellow, add the crab claws and stir evenly until the salt and chili coating is evenly applied to the crab claws.

  • Prepare and Marinate the Crab Claws
